| If you are a new guest to Aqua plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in order to fill out new guest profiles. If unable to do this, be aware your service time may be reduced to accommodate this requirement. |
| When you are running late, please call ahead to notify the guest coordinator. Many times our schedules are full and a late arrival would delay many other guest services. If your delay is greater than 15 minutes, we may request that you reschedule your appointment. |
| We would like to have 48 hour cancellation notice. We have a waiting list for many appointments to benefit our guests. We do however realize this is not always possible. Please contact the guest coordinator as soon as you can. A credit card number is now necessary to reserve your appointment time. We will not charge your account, but simply hold the reservation in our computer system. No-shows may result in a 50% fee at the discretion of management and may be charged to your credit card. |
| If you are ill we would prefer you reschedule your appointment. Aqua has a large number of guests each day. In order to not expose other guests and staff, we would prefer you reschedule to a time when you can most enjoy your service. |
| It is our policy to recommend the products that best meet the needs of our guests. If within 14 days, you are dissatisfied with the performance or result of a product, please notify the guest coordinator immediately. In the case of skin care products, you may discuss your concerns with our Medical Services Coordinator in order to adjust your personal skin care profile and recommend a new product. Our policy is to exchange the product for another that best meet your needs. If an exchange is not possible, we will issue an Aqua credit for future use. In the case of defective packaging, notify the guest coordinator for an immediate exchange. |
