Dr. Ben J. Tittle, M.D. is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who has a practice in anesthetic and Reconstructive surgery. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is also a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, The American Medical Association, the Texas Medical Association and the Dallas County Medical Society.

Dr. Tittle is a Clinical Instructor at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and has authored several publications on plastic and reconstructive surgery

A native Texan, Dr. Tittle was born and raised in Lufkin, married. He did his undergraduate training at Stephen F. Austin University where he was at the Top of his class. He graduated from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas in 1980. Dr. Tittle completed his Internal Medicine internship at Baylor Medical Center, then did a residency in General Surgery from 1980 -1986 at Parkland Memorial Hospital. He completed his training with a Fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center from 1986-1989.

He is married and has a young son and daughter. Personal interests include snow skiing, golf and spending time with his wife and children.

Dr. Gary E. Alhadef, D.D.S. is a dentist with 20 years experience. He has received extensive training at the world-renowned LVI advanced education facility, and received his certificates in full-mouth and esthetic reconstruction. His training included advanced neuromuscular restorative treatment and TMJ therapy. He is a member of The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, The American Dental Association, The Texas Dental Association, The Dallas County Dental Society, and The International Association of Orthodontics. He is an Invisalign-certified dentist.

Dr. Alhadef is a native Dallasite. He did his undergraduate work at The University of Texas at Austin, and went on to receive his DDS degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas. He has had a dental practice in Preston Center since 1986. The practice is esthetically focused, and treats patients of all ages from toddlers up. He and his highly trained staff provide comprehensive dental care with the latest technology for most of your dental needs.

Dr. Alhadef is married and has 4 sons, ranging from 3-13. His personal interests include golf, flying, traveling, coaching his children's sports teams, and spending time with his wife and children.

Dr. Carly O. Bendewald is a Board Certified Doctor of Chiropractic, with a professional emphasis on wellness-based Chiropractic.

Dr. Bendewald attended Jamestown College in North Dakota before heading to Minneapolis, MN to study Chiropractic at Northwestern Health Sciences University (NWHSU). She graduated NWHSU with a B.S. in Human Biology and a D.C. (Doctorate of Chiropractic). After graduation, Dr. Bendewald worked in the Minneapolis metroplex before deciding a climate change was necessary. She is excited to be in Texas servicing the chiropractic needs of the people in the Big D.

John Stewart, L.Ac. is a practitioner of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine licensed by the Texas State Medical Board. He earned a M.S. in Oriental Medicine from the Academy of Oriental Medicine in Austin, TX. John obtained his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Bioengineering. After experiencing the benefits of Eastern Medicine firsthand John decided to change careers in order to study & practice Oriental Medicine.

Some conditions John has treated with great success are migraines, stress, addictions, weight loss, pain, allergies and women’s health issues such as infertility, cycle regulation & cramping.
